  To enter BIOS  password protected computer.( For AMIBIOS)
        Use Shift+s y x z

   Is your modem giving a problem ?
        If the modem is detected by Win95/98 and when you attempt to dial , it may give an error           message "This modem is used by another program...." .

        Then go to the CONTROL PANEL ->MODEM, under modem properties, go to "dialing                properties",Click on "advanced" command button, Go to the extra string text box and type           "ATX1S10=250". This will solve the problem, enjoy............

   To speed up the boot up time of your computer.
        Go to DOS prompt. Give the command "attrib -s -r -h msdos.sys"
        Type "edit msdos.sys" at the prompt.
        Find the line saying "[options]"
        below this line type "BootDelay=0"
        save the file and exit.
        Now type, "attrib +s +r +h msdos.sys"
        Reboot your system.
        Now your system should boot faster..............
